We are currently looking for Junior Media Accounting/Controlling Specialist

Responsibilities:
- You are the „missing link” between our account management and finance team and help ensure a frictionless planning and invoicing workflow
- Support our planning team by entering data into our internal media system (DAP Media Line)
- Manage Purchase orders, create overviews of budgets and their approval status as well as planned vs. actual spending
- Help ensure timely invoicing
- Provide the data basis for Monitoring revenue and growth targets
- Direct point of contact on invoicing matters for colleagues and clients (at the moment no client contact)
Requirements:
- B.A. in economics, finance, accounting, controlling or comparable
- Analytical and commercial mindset, working independently and very accurately
- Interest in digital marketing
- Mastery of MS Office, especially Excel
- Advanced English (optional: German) language skills
