Business Analyst/ Requirements Engineer

We are currently looking for experienced BUSINESS ANALYST/ REQUIREMENTS ENGINEER to join one of our newly created team to continue development and rollout of a major client’s web and mobile app.
Career level: Senior, Expert (min 5 years of experience)
Responsabilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to gather and document business requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and user surveys to identify business needs, objectives, and desired functionalities.
- Requirements Analysis: Analyze and prioritize business requirements, ensuring they align with organizational goals and best practices. Identify dependencies, risks, and potential impacts on existing systems. Develop and maintain detailed requirements documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Solution Design: Translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide guidance to development teams. Collaborate with architects, developers, and UX/UI designers to design solutions that meet business objectives and ensure usability, scalability, and performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including business users, product owners, project managers, and technical teams. Bridge the gap between business and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requirements and facilitating consensus on solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Support testing efforts by collaborating with quality assurance teams to define test cases, validate functionality against requirements, and ensure the CMS solution meets business expectations. Assist in identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies discovered during testing.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in post-implementation reviews and provide recommendations for process improvements, system enhancements, and best practices related to usage, governance, and maintenance. Contribute to the evolution of the roadmap and strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer, Product Owner or similar role, working on web & mobile app projects, preferably with React Native.
- Strong knowledge of concepts, architectures, and functionalities, workflows, personalization, and integration capabilities.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques, such as user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile development teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical team members.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet user expectations.
