AEM DevOps ENGINEER

We are currently looking for experienced Adobe AEM DevOps ENGINEER. Adobe DevOps will contribute to major AEM technical discussions and AEM enhancement initiatives related to improving customer experience, usability, latest web technologies.
Career level: Middle, Senior (min 3 years of experience)
Responsibilities
- DevOps Automation:
- Develop and maintain robust automation scripts and tools using Adobe's Cloud Manager API, Adobe CLI, and other relevant technologies to streamline the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of AEM/AEMaaCS environments.
- Enhance and automate release processes, infrastructure provisioning, and continuous monitoring to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD):
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines specifically for AEM/AEMaaCS applications, ensuring seamless and error-free deployments through integration with tools like Jenkins and GitLab/GitHub.
- Monitoring and Performance Optimization:
- Utilize tools like New Relic, Dynatrace and Adobe's Cloud Manager to monitor the performance, availability, and security of AEM/AEMaaCS applications.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Security and Compliance:
- Implement and enforce security best practices, manage user access controls, and ensure data protection.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with development teams, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality support.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
- Create, update, and maintain detailed documentation regarding AEM/AEMaaCS infrastructure, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team to foster continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in managing and supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) environments.
- Proficiency in automation scripting using Shell, Python.
- Solid experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- In-depth knowledge of web application servers (Apache, Nginx) and caching technologies (Dispatcher, CDNs).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
